Flat rate design:

I charge a flat $120.00 per page to build a personal or business site. From static HTML (photo galleries, informational sites, etc.) to interactive (comments, contact forms, etc.) to Flash™ content, It's only $120 per page multiplied by the number of pages you want or need. A minimum of two pages is required for even the most basic site.

Maintenance:

If your site requires maintenance and content management services, there will be a monthly fee based on the extent of maintenance performed.

Logo Incorporation and other services:

If you have a company logo you want incorporated into your site, I will do that at no extra cost.

I am a reseller for ICDSoft and will arrange hosting through them at a substantial discount from their regular price. Hosting includes:

• Up to 1 Gb (personal) or 50Gb (business) of online storage space for your site
• 20Gb (personal) or 500Gb (business) per month transfer of files (uploads or downloads)
• 15 (personal)or 150 (business) subdomains
• unlimited webmail accounts with SMTP, POP3, and IMAP compatibility
• e-mail spam filtering and anti-virus protection
• Webstats updated daily... and much more!

I will build a customized contact form for your site and/or business designed to maximize e-mail communication between you and your site visitors.

I will also incorporate javascripts on request for things like:

• date and time stamps
• event calendars
• price calculators
• animated graphics
• photo display (magnification, lightbox or thickbox)
• event countdown timers
